Tech Support Changes

We currently have a backlog of support tickets due to changes in the company that was previously handling our customer support. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue and get new support personnel trained. In the meantime we will be giving higher priority to questions answered in the public support forums and we encourage you to first ask questions there unless your issue requires the privacy of a direct support ticket.
