Subscription of a feed from visitors

My idea is to create a page where a visitor of site can send his feed with some other information like the category. The feed is insert into a list and the admin of site can accept the feed or cancel it.

This is a good idea yea!
Maybe you can create a shortcode to use in pages / posts like [absubscription] and then a formular with filling options like:
Site Title:
Site URL:
Site Description:
Site Feed(s):
Site Tags:
And add the option to select for unregistered/registered users only with captcha for visitors.
The feed should be added to a "pre - list" where it causes no errors with the existing feeds and later can be imported.
